Ballenger Chiropractic believes in the value of wellness care for you and your family, and maintains a pricing structure that allows care for all budgets. To learn more about our payment options for chiropractic and wellness care, you can call our office directly.

Insurance

Most insurance plans are accepted at our office. We accept auto accident, workers compensation, personal injury and most health insurance plans, including Medicare. Since there are so many plans and coverage varies widely, please call us to find out if your plan covers care in our office. Our staff will verify and explain your benefits before treatment, at no charge.

To keep in compliance with federal guidelines, Ballenger Chiropractic, PA is now offering several options to patients that either:

• do not have insurance benefits to cover chiropractic care
• have exhausted their insurance benefits  
• are considered in the maintenance phase of their care.

Three Options:

1. Ballenger Chiropractic, PA is a member of the ChiroHealth USA network.  This is a network for patients without coverage that allows us to reduce our normal fees by 25%, with a maximum cap. 

2. Several insurance companies, (including CareFirst BCBS serving Maryland, Northern VA, & DC) are offering the same type of benefit through WholeHealth, a Healthways program.  There is no application or fee for the patient to join.  We are allowed to offer you a reduction of 25% off our regular fees, without a cap on the fee. You would be charged 75% of each procedure you have done.
   
   
3. The patient would be responsible for 100% of our office fee schedule.
